The American BorgWarner company was founded in 1928, and in 1952 the first turbochargers were released. The brand united several leading manufacturers of turbo systems, thus becoming a successor of international traditions and high standards. BorgWarner Turbo Systems received numerous awards for the development of a variable geometry system, an adjustable two-stage boost system, and titanium impellers. Mitsubishi Turbocharger

Mitsubishi Turbocharger turbochargers are known for their reliability and high performance. The firm began developing turbo technologies for BMW and Volvo in the late 1980s. Garrett

By 1977, numerous passenger cars with Garrett turbochargers were introduced to the European market. Since then, turbocharged engines in passenger vehicles have become widespread, and the company offers turbo for the brands Volvo, Saab, Peugeot, Renault, Mercedes, BMW and others.

IHI Turbo

The history of the brand dates back to 1853, and the company began to produce and improve turbochargers in the first half of the 20th century. A notable moment is the collaboration between IHI and Ferrari, which began in the 1980s. During the partnership, a model of a powerful and fast-responding turbocharger with minimal turbo delay, ultra-fast titanium-aluminum impellers and ball bearings was developed. Ford, Fiat, Isuzu, General Motors, Chrysler and others also cooperate with IHI Turbo.

Holset Turbochargers

The English company Holset was founded in 1952. Against the background of the growing popularity of turbocharged engines, the company acquired licenses for their production according to the already developed design and was one of the first to advance in the European market. Holset turbochargers are used, for example, by Volvo, Iveco and Scania brands.
